Any data, analysis, or reports provided are intended to support client workflows and decision-making processes and should not be relied upon as formal appraisals or regulatory filings. Where applicable, services are performed in alignment with client-defined standards, including USPAP support requirements, and are subject to the regulatory obligations applicable to the client’s jurisdiction and use case.

RealVal shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control. Such events may include natural disasters, acts of government, labor disruptions, power or internet outages, system failures, public health emergencies, or other circumstances that could not have been reasonably anticipated or prevented.

RealVal is not responsible for delays or limitations in service outcomes caused by incomplete inputs, late submissions, data inaccuracies, or changes in project scope initiated by the client.

RealVal implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect client data. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be fully secure. RealVal shall not be liable for unauthorized access, data loss, or system disruptions resulting from factors outside its direct control, including third-party platforms or network failures.

RealVal may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a corporate reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations without prior written consent from RealVal.
